Same scenario but this time you walk into the same store to look at some DVD players and you overhear a guy explaining to a couple why this one particular unit will meet their particular needs, how it has a hard drive so it can record his football game and her cooking show at the same time while they both watch their favorite comedy. The guy really seems to know his stuff so you ask him a few questions and he helps you BUY the right unit for you. Do you see how the whole experience changes?
